In order to meet the needs of the country's population with fruits, further reduce prices on the market, as well as increase export potential, 11 horticultural, vineyard and greenhouse farms with a total area of ​​637 hectares located in Tashkent, Fergana, Namangan, Andijan (2), Djizak, are functioning. Samarkand and Kashkadarya (4) regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In order to preserve the freshness of the products for all seasons, in the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2 specially equipped refrigerators were created, which allow you to work smoothly, while reaching a maximum capacity of 4 thousand tons. When creating a company, modern installations and cooling technologies of leading European companies, such as Guentner, Refra and others, have been introduced. Along with this, for the organization of quality preparation of fruits and vegetables for export meeting European standards, two procurement centers for fruits and vegetables were created in the Kashkadarya region and Samarkand region, which are equipped with modern technological lines, which in turn allows for high-quality storage, sorting and packaging fruit and vegetable products.
