The remote control element EDU-PT is designed for remote control of the modes of operation of the fire-fighting module MPT-1 prot.R3. The remote control EDU-PT gives commands to the module MPT-1 prot.R3, to which it is connected, by pressing the buttons on the front panel. The remote control EDU-PT provides: issuing a command to the module MPT-1 prot.R3 for starting the fire extinguishing by pressing the "START" button; issuing a command to the module MPT-1 prot.R3 to cancel the fire-extinguishing start (stop) by pressing the "STOP" button. testing of the operation of the LEDs and the buzzer by pressing the "TEST" button; LED indication of the status and operating mode of the module MPT-1 prot.R3, to which EDU-FT is connected; sound alarm when starting fire extinguishing on MPT-1 prot.R3. Stopping the fire extinguishing by pressing the "STOP" button is possible only if MPT-1 prot.R3 is in the fire-fighting mode. When MPT-1 prot.R3 starts, when the countdown begins to delay the start of quenching, the EDU-FT issues a discontinuous sound signal with a frequency of 1 Hz. The frequency of signal repetition increases as the delay time countdown is completed. When the quenching starts, the audio signal becomes continuous. One module MTB-1 prot.R3 in the TM line can connect up to 4 elements of the EDU-PT. Each EDU-PT has an address in the line for display on the PPC, from which EDU-PT is controlled. The EDU-PT address is set by means of a jumper located on the device board. EDU-PT has on the front panel 7 LED indicators: FIRE - glows in the presence of fire in the zone with MPT-1 prot.R3; AVT.OTKL. - Lit if MPT-1 prot.R3 is in the "Automatically off" mode; NONISP. - Lights when there is a malfunction on MPT-1 prot.R3; BLK / ZD - lights when the start is blocked on MPT-1 prot.R3 and flashes when the start-up delay for the start-up of fire on MPT-1 prot.R3 is counted; COMMUNICATION / POWER - lights up when power is supplied to the EDU-PT and there is an EDU-PT connection with the MPT-1 prot.R3, flashes when there is no connection with the MPT-1 prot.R3; START - flashes with a constantly increasing frequency when the MTB-1 prot.R3 starts, while the delay for the start-up of the fire extinguishing starts, and lights up when the extinguishment starts. STOP - constantly lit when the STOP button is pressed.
