Description

Dusty aspirating air from the inlet flue enters the collector of the dirty filter gas and then through the inlet holes in the filter section. The design of the bag filter provides for a sharp change in the direction of the gas flow upward when entering the section. At the same time, the largest dust particles, due to inertial forces with a part of the inlet gas flow, are sent to the hopper, where they precipitate due to a multiple decrease in the gas velocity. The main part of the gas flow is directed to the upper part of the filter module, where it is distributed between the arms. After filtration through the material of the hoses, the gas from the chambers of the purified gas enters the collector of the purified gas and further into the outlet flue. Each filter module from above is covered with covers in the form of panels with thermal insulation, equipped with seals made of silicone rubber and removed by means of a lifting mechanism for mounting or changing sleeves. One of the module covers is equipped with a 600x600 mm hatch to equalize the pressure in the cleaned gas chamber. To ensure control and management of the dust extraction system, installation of maximum and emergency dust level sensors in bunkers is provided. The hose is fixed in the hole of the hose plate with a steel elastic ring sewn into the upper cuff. A wire frame made of carbon steel is installed in the sleeve and is supported by a hose plate. Frameworks for easy installation and dismantling consist of three parts. To guarantee a low level of dust emissions to the atmosphere (dust concentration in the purified gas is not more than 10 mg / m3), a material for filter hoses is provided - a filter cloth made of polyester fibers. A distinctive feature of this material is the increased efficiency of trapping fine dust with high gas loads on the sleeves. Regeneration of hoses in each module is carried out by pulses of compressed air fed from above to the neck of the rows of hoses alternately automatically in accordance with the commands of the microprocessor automatic control system. In this case, a regeneration option can be implemented according to a rigidly defined cycle, as well as an option for switching on the regeneration system when the filter resistance is reached. To improve the efficiency of the regeneration of the hose, the frame is equipped with a Venturi pipe. The reservoirs of the valve sections are made of carbon steel (pipes of rectangular cross-section with internal dimensions of 150x150 mm) and in accordance with the Rules for the Arrangement and Safe Operation of Pressure Vessels are not subject to registration with the State Technical Supervision Authority. The cleaned aspirating air is transported by the fan to the chimney.
