Certification of vehicles

Automotive certification and testing of spare parts of vehicles on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan is mandatory, in accordance with the law "On road safety". All vehicles are divided into categories – cars and trucks, public transport. The vehicle classification is in accordance with the defined characteristics. Automotive certification is carried out on the basis of existing technical regulations AR:

the Regulation on safety of wheeled vehicles;

TR about the harmful emissions in the atmosphere of different appliances;

the Regulation on requirements to the fuel used for fueling vehicles;

Technical regulations for vehicles operating on gaseous fuels;

the TR on requirements to motor gasoline;

the Regulations on the safety of roads
