Cocoa Butter Replacer

A non-lauric refined vegetable fat that can be blended with 20% cocoa butter. Fit for human consumption and used for chocolate, couverture, confectionery and bakery coatings, fillings and centers for biscuits, caramels, nougat, chocolate rise, toffees and nondairy creamer.
