Description
Railway hydraulic crane KZH-971 is designed to perform rescue and recovery, loading and unloading and construction works on the tracks of the Railways of 1520 mm.
The main components of the crane are the chassis and the swing frame are interconnected by a support-rotating device with a rotation angle of 360°, mounted on two three-axle trucks, equipped with hydraulic drive. On a rotating frame mounted three-section telescopic boom cargo winch, providing the boom range from 4.2 m to 17.7 m and the rotation mechanism, power unit, cab. The crane has the capability of telescoping boom with a load equal to 75% of nominal capacity.
The crane is able to perform work without outriggers and outrigger supports, the fixation of which is made in three positions: 6,0х6,0m, 8. 2x4. 4m and 8,56х2,9M. Faucet equipped with microprocessor load limiter that allows the operator to monitor the percentage of load of the crane when lifting the load, and also equipped with a data recorder.
To run the power plant in low temperature conditions the crane is mounted pre-heater.
The layout of components and mechanisms of the crane allows to transport it to and from work in the train or individual locomotive without the platform cover. The dimensions of the crane in the transport position meet the requirements of 1-T GOST 9238-2013.
