CYLINDER-TAPERED GEARBOX O

Gearboxes and gearmotors of the O series are designed and manufactured in a single, integral housing with the use of high-strength materials and the latest technology, so they are able to withstand increased loads. The housings and flanges are made of high-strength cast iron GG200-GG250 IS0185, except for dimensions 63 and 71, the details of which are made of aluminum SG-AISi UNI 1706. The machining of the casings is performed on modern CNC machining centers, which allows achieving maximum structural accuracy. The input shaft is made of steel 39NiCrMo3 UNI EN 10083, which is subjected to a subsequent thermal treatment; output from steel C40 UNI 5332, also with subsequent heat treatment. All gear elements are made of 18NiCrMo5 UNI 7846 steel, followed by thermal and finishing treatment of the teeth, which allows to increase bearing capacity, increase efficiency and improve the noise characteristics of gearing.
