Dowel front DS-1 "Biysk"

The dowel front DS-1 is used as a part of systems of warming, for fastening of the heat-insulating materials, plastering and facing layers to walls of buildings from concrete, a brick and other materials. DS-1 consists of the following elements: - glass-plastic spacer (RE). It is superior in strength to steel, while it has a 100 times lower thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance; - disc element made of polyamide with high impact strength, combined with the anchor zone (AT); - zone rendeli, which provides pressure insulation and has a special surface to create the necessary adhesion with the plaster layer; - polyamide anchor zone with a length of 60 / 100mm, which provides the necessary force of fixing the dowel during the entire time of operation of the insulation system. The dowel is marked as follows: DS-1 60. 210, where 60 is the length of the spacer zone of the element AT and 210 is the length of the dowel. When attaching the dowel, the following standards should be considered: the required number of dowels for fastening is 5-6 pcs. per square meter insulated wall. The exact number of dowels is determined by calculation. The use of the dowel front DS-1 "Biysk" allows to reduce the thickness of the insulation by 15-20% in comparison with the dowel with a steel core, this is ensured due to the low thermal conductivity of fiberglass spacer. Anchor element 100mm long - for installation in walls of low-strength wall materials (foam concrete, aerated concrete) with Our recommendations for installing dowels: Through a layer of insulation in the wall, drill a hole with a diameter of 10mm (+ 0.4mm). The depth of the hole in the bearing wall should be: 70-80mm - for the dowel with anchor element - 60mm, 110-120mm - for the dowel with anchor element - 100mm; AT element (disc combined with anchor) insert into the hole obtained to the required pressure insulation; hammer out the protruding part of the spacer with a hammer to the level of the disc element.
