Description
Field Pipeline Pipeline PMRT designed for prompt delivery of oil,
petroleum products, fuels and lubricants, as well as water and technological solutions for a distance of up to 200 km or more over rough terrain.
The PMRT hose pipelines consist of a heavy-duty reinforcing fabric base with a double-sided polyurethane coating and are equipped with Cam-Lock quick-assembled connections.
Separate sections are made up to 200 meters long and are wound on coils. The diameter of the tubing from 50 mm to 200 mm. Operating pressure from 1.6 to 2.6 MPa.
Supply of petroleum products and fuels and lubricants to the Field Fuel Warehouses installed on the basis of soft, elastic reservoirs PER-N for petroleum products;
Sleeve pipelines are widely used in the following industries:
Duplication of trunk pipelines during their repair;
Construction of temporary technological pipelines in the oil fields, construction sites, mines, fields;
In waterflooding systems to maintain reservoir pressure in oil wells;
Oil supply from hard-to-reach deposits;
Water and oil pipelines of exploration wells;
Temporary intra-field pipelines for various purposes;
Drainage of deposits, construction sites, ditches;
Restoration of drinking and household water supply in case of network accidents;
Water supply for fire extinguishing;
Irrigation (watering).
Pipeline PMRT has the following tactical and technical advantages
before the steel field pipelines of the PMT:
Small transport weight and dimensions;
High speed of unfolding and folding;
Minimum combat crew for deployment;
The possibility of laying over rough terrain without preparing the route;
Low flow resistance - high transfer rate;
Non-corrosive;
Resistance to the action of petroleum products, chemicals, water, UV radiation.
When pumping gasoline, hose pipelines are used with an integrated grounding bus in the shell.
Coils with hose pipes are installed on all-terrain vehicles or wheeled vehicles, which makes it possible to build a main pipeline with a length of up to 200 km or more in a matter of days and with minimal costs.
Special squeezing rollers of coils are used to clean tubular pipes from the remainder of liquids, which allows disassembling the tubular lines in the shortest possible time and with minimal cost.
