You fill the bag with water through the valve (with an ordinary hose through the hole in the valve) to about 60-70%. Then, using the pump that comes with the bag, you pump air to the required rigidity (density) of the bag. That is, you can easily make the bag softer or harder! Depending on your preference (if you want to soften the bag later, just let some air out through the valve, there is a special lock for this). Also, which is very important, you yourself regulate the weight of the bag! That is, fill in water as much as the weight of the bag you need (filling can be done on a floor scale). The weight of our water bags is from 40 to 140 kg. Sizes from 90 cm to 180 cm. Diameter 35 cm. The range is wide and you can easily adjust it yourself.
