LBU-50 Series Drilling Rigs

The series drilling rigs LBU-50 driven mobile rotary device is designed for drilling of different wells for engineering-geological research with the possibility of soil sampling, construction works and for the construction of wells and electrochemical protection. Series LBU-50 drilling rigs: LBU-50-07; -08; -10 has a high rate of technical characteristics and modern design solutions: - Speed range 14-220 rpm allows the use of various boring tools, including bits, blades and rolling bits - Carriage stroke is increased - 3900 mm, which gives the possibility to use elements of the bottom hole Assembly and drill pipe standard length 3200 mm-3500 mm - Hydraulic drive of the drill pump or compressor to change their performance smoothly Welding generator GSV-500 is used as the optional equipment and intended to support the work. The mast rigs is guide system feeder at the same time. The mast is transmitted to the operating and transport positions by hydraulic cylinders. The crown block of a single line of equipment is installed at the top of the mast. Hydraulic jacks are used to align machines to work.
