Machine for testing of asphalt materials in compression of IP 5150-50

Allows you to determine the ultimate strength of the material in compression according to GOST 12801. It is possible to conduct tests of the other materials within the technical characteristics of the car. Mounted on antivibration mountings, special Foundation is required.

Electromechanical Drive, cycle testing and processing of results are completely automated.

Control - with operator panel in dialog mode, the results are displayed on LCD display.

the basic machine model allows to determine the following material properties:

- the limit of compressive strength;

- the limit of tensile strength at the split.

According to the additional agreement supplied:

- special crimping device according to the scheme of Marshall to determine the characteristics of shear resistance of the material;

- the device for definition of the limit of tensile strength in bending and deformability indices;

- software and hardware (computer, software, printer) that enables the processing of the monitored parameters and graphs test.

in addition, the machine can be equipped with:

- heat stabilized bath for testing samples of asphalt concrete THEM 5159;

- device for shearing and other devices on the technical requirements of the customer.
