The Power Tower DFC horizontal bar is an effective machine for strength training under its own weight. The upper handles of the horizontal bar are designed to perform pull-ups with different grip. Height adjustment in the range from 2 to 2.3 meters and the ability to install the horizontal bar in the desired direction will create comfortable conditions for training. The bars are perfect for push-ups, and the soft elbow rests will create comfortable conditions for pumping the press and back. A pair of lower handles at the front of the machine allows for push-ups from a prone position. The bars with armrests can be adjusted in height in three positions.
