The stand is used as an auxiliary apparatus for performing various exercises: bench press lying, bench press sitting. These exercises develop the deltoid muscles as well as the chest muscles. Rack adjustable in height and have 6 fixed positions. With the help of clamps, the width is adjustable from 350 to 1770mm.
