Description
Highly artistic porcelain products.
80% of the technological process at the Sysert plant is manual labor: methods of manual slip casting into plaster molds; manual reproduction of plaster molds removed directly from the author's model, without caps (in contrast to industrial porcelain enterprises); creation of models by the author using traditional methods: either by molding from plasticine, or by turning a model out of plaster on a gypsum-model machine; training of painters conducted by the method of mentoring, transfer of skill "from hand to hand" ensures the continuity and preservation of the tradition of hand-painted brushstroke painting; preservation of the principle of collectivity of creative labor; application of variation in painting and decoration.
