Karpea Organic Kalamon olives are produced in an environmentally friendly way, organic groves, where for several years, do not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Our olives are exclusively hand built at the right time of ripening and without the engraving, they slowly and naturally fermented for several months to get a truly unique taste that makes them a worldwide favorite. Upon completion of fermentation, they are packaged in brine in an elegant glass jar.
