Dust meter COM-16 (EKOMER):
* designed for continuous measurement of the optical density of dust and gas environments, as well as mass concentrations of suspended particles (dust).
* It is used in thermal power plants operating on solid and liquid fuels to control the state of air dustiness in cement plants, steel mills, brick factories and other industrial enterprises.
Pylmer COM-16 has two versions:
- COM-16.D (one inset)
- COM-16.L (two tie-ins)
Until 2016 it was produced under the name Pylemer-Ecomer.
The dust meter "COM-16.L" - consists of a receiver, a radiator, an optics blowing unit and a measuring unit.
It is used to measure dust and optical density in gas ducts with a diameter of 0.5 to 10 m. And a temperature of the measured medium up to 800 C.
The COM-16D dust meter - a probe-type device operates on the principle of measuring the attenuation of probe radiation by suspended particles. The length of the immersed portion of the probe is negotiated individually, depending on the conditions of the customer.
The device is permanently installed on gas ducts, chimneys and consists of two nodes:
- probe with measuring chamber - it is installed directly in the gas duct and has 2 types of execution, depending on the length of the optical base;
- control cabinet, in which the power source, terminal blocks and dust meter controller are located;
ADVANTAGES OF THE PLAYER ECOMER:
* Easy installation - only one insert is required for the operation of the dust meter;
* Simple and accurate installation of zero - due to the design of the immersion probe;
* Protection against dusting of the optical scheme allows minimizing maintenance work;
* The dust meter controller has an LCD indicator and a built-in keyboard, RS 485 connectors, as well as a universal current output of 0-20 mA (any range), to which optical density and concentration of dust is output.
