Description

TU 1390-021-43826012-01 (OKP 13 9000) Pipes with internal and external anti-corrosion coatings are steel pipes with internal polymer anti-corrosion coating and external protective polymer insulation. The ends of the polymer pipe are equipped with connecting elements with protectors, which allow to connect pipes during the construction of pipelines by welding and to provide protection of the joint against corrosion during operation of the pipeline at temperatures up to + 60 ° С. PURPOSE: Polymer pipes are intended for the construction of technological pipelines for oil field facilities, for transporting oil, gas, aggressive wastewater and their mixtures, transporting fresh water in industrial systems, transporting various chemical, petrochemical and petrochemical industries to which the coating is chemically resistant. Specifications: * The permissible temperature of the transported medium is determined by the durability of the coating and it should not exceed + 60 ° C for the PEP 585 coating. They can be equipped with protective PPT (sacrificial) sleeves designed to protect the weld from corrosion. In coordination with the customer, pipes from other steel grades and manufactured according to other standards can be used. The outer surface of the pipe is protected by a two-layer insulating polymer coating. * The first layer is the composition of hot melt glue according to TU 2211-028-43826012-01 providing adhesion of the main coating to the metal pipe at least 3.5 kg / cm. for the duration of the pipeline operation. The second layer of the main coating is a composition of high-pressure polyethylene of base grades 15313-003 GOST 16337-77 and a composition of polyethylene for the cable industry GOST 16336-77. * External insulation has enhanced physical and mechanical properties, allowing: - to transport polymer pipes without any defects by any transport; to withstand the effects of soil water, precipitation, solar radiation; - to provide high transient resistance, which guarantees high efficiency in cathodic protection for the entire period of operation; - to ensure the absence of coating breakdown at a test voltage of not less than 5 kV per 1 mm of thickness; - maintain protective properties during long-term operation of pipelines (more than 12 years). * The range of diameters of manufactured polymer pipes from 89 to 426 mm. At the request of the customer, the pipes can be made either with internal or external coating only. Length of pipes up to 12m, section of pipes up to 24m.
