Description
The driver of stepper motor SL-M415D with the possibility of step crushing (microsteps).
Designed to power a hybrid two-phase stepper motor, the windings are powered by bipolar voltage.
Provides stable operation and high torque in the stepper motor when driving the drive, reduces noise, vibration and engine heat.
The driver must be powered from a DC voltage source with a voltage of 18 - 40V.
The current in the motor phases is provided in the range from 0.21 to 1.5 A (amplitude value).
The step splitting factor is provided by means of microswitches.
The output current levels are also adjusted by means of microswitches.
The driver has the ability to automatically reduce the output current of the driver if the stepping motor is in a stopped state for more than 0.5 seconds.
There are protections: from overvoltage and unacceptable reduction of supply voltage; from overcurrent.
