High-protein Sunflower concentrate for the food industry with protein content 80% - is an ecologically clean vegetable source of protein. The unique technology and high-technology equipment for food production, developed and supplied by ALFA LAVAL A / S (Denmark), have been successfully implemented at the first plant of Bio Technologies Ltd., located in ecologically clean Altai Mountains. Production capacity of the plant is 6 000 tons of edible concentrate of sunflower protein per year. Concentrate of sunflower protein under the brand SUNPROTEIN white is used as raw material for: * food industry (canning, meat, fish, vegetable, bakery, confectionery, etc.); * sports nutrition (protein cocktails, bars, tableting); * pharmaceutical industry (dietary supplements, fat-burning complexes); * production of vegetarian and other personalized foods. The shelf life of SUNPROTEIN white: 18 months from the production date. Food concentrates of sunflower protein SUNPROTEIN white are standardly packaged in paper multilayer bags of 20 kg.
