Dispatching system of the mining and transport complex "CAREER"

Automated control system for mining transport complexes (ASU GTK "CARER") has been introduced at mining enterprises since 1999. To date, the system has been successfully used not only in Russia, but also abroad (Ukraine, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Morocco, etc.). The introduction of the System allows to significantly increase the efficiency of operational management of the enterprise. The introduction of the system allows: * Increase the productivity of the mining transport complex by planning, optimizing and automatically dispatching the mining equipment, monitoring the progress of work, operational accounting and management * Carry out automated control and quality management of mineral resources * Reduce the consumption of fuels and lubricants per ton of transported rock mass due to reduced intramuscular downtime, rational planning based on objective information on fuel consumption for each unit of equipment * Eliminate unauthorized fuel drains due to a complete fuel control cycle from the fuel depot to the expense of each unit * Obtain reliable information on the number of flights and transported mountain mass, the actual operation of excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, drilling rigs * Increase the operating time of machinery units due to automated control of loading and monitoring of compliance with the high-speed regime, control of the work of excavators, drilling rigs, bulldozers * Increase work safety based on automated control of the speed regime and permissible loading of dump trucks, calculation of safe distances during a mass explosion * Increase productivity and improve the quality of drilling and blasting operations by optimizing the work of drilling rigs, planning, control using precision navigation systems * Carry out quality management based on high-precision navigation systems.
