Such an alloy has the following characteristics: * low melting point, * increased strength * good elasticity, * water repellency, * reduced shrinkage ratio. It is used to make electric wires and coils for winding, thin-cast parts, metal filters and grids, used in shipbuilding and in the chemical industry, for soldering, or as a filler material for welding, as metal semi-finished products of various purposes. • products from a bronze alloy of the brand Bra9Zh3l: sheets, bushings, inserts. To increase strength, elasticity, anti-corrosion properties, tin, nickel, aluminum, and silicon are added. Lead, zinc and phosphorus contained in the alloy improve antifriction properties. Silicon and manganese increase scaling resistance. Zirconium, chromium, and beryllium, which are part of the alloy, increase its heat resistance and slightly reduce the electrical conductivity. • hire from bronze of the BRAZhN10-4-4 brand: bars, ingots and plugs. BrAZhN - one of the most used bronze alloys in the industry. This is a bronze alloy from which tin is completely excluded, but includes 10% aluminum and 4% nickel and iron each. Bronze is processed under high pressure, which makes it possible to achieve increased strength. The alloy is necessary in the manufacture of anti-friction fittings and casting in the chill mold. • hire of BrKMts3-1 alloy: bar, round, tape and round and square wire according to GOST 5222-72. It is used to manufacture precision equipment in the chemical industry. Differs in the increased resistance to corrosion and high level of opposition to aggressive external environment. Therefore, it is used in the shipbuilding business and in welding metal structures of various levels of complexity. • hire from bronze of the BROTS4-3 brand: bars, ingots and plugs. The composition of this alloy includes tin, which allows you to achieve excellent strength and has a positive effect on ductility. The level of zinc does not exceed 3%, which does not change the general characteristics, but reduces the cost. The wire of BrOTs4-3 is characterized by especially high resistance to sea water therefore it is applied in shipbuilding complex - production of tools for navigators. The alloy also provides material resistance to "fatigue" and its tendency to segregation - the production of conductive springs and various chemical devices. The metal begins to melt at a temperature of 1045 degrees Celsius. Its hardness ranges from 50 to 70 MPa.
