Description
Endocardial permanent bipolar electrodes:
* BIP-11-IMZ,
* BIP-12-IMZ
for implantable pacemakers, they are intended for continuous stimulation of cardiac activity in conjunction with implantable pacemakers with an IS-1-type connector part in accordance with ISO 5841-3.
* Electrode BIP-11-IMZ (direct version) is designed to stimulate the ventricles,
* The electrode BIP-12-IMZ (J-shaped) is designed to stimulate the atria.
The length of the straight electrode is 580 mm, the J-shaped electrode is 530 mm. Electrodes are put into operation in sterile packaging.
The electrode is a piece of wire connected at one end with contact electrodes (anode, cathode), and at the other end with a connector for connection to a pacemaker.
Structurally, the electrode is a wire consisting of two spiral conductors arranged coaxially and insulated with silicone rubber.
Wire material - CoCrNi. One of the conductors is connected to the cathode and the tip, and the second to the anode and anode contact of the same connector.
Contact working electrodes (cathode, anode) are used to directly transmit electrical impulses to the stimulated area of the heart.
Electrode - the cathode is made of titanium with oxide-iridium coating. The surface structure is fractal with a surface area of 6 mm2.
Electrode - the anode is made of titanium with an oxide-iridium coating with a surface area of 56 mm2.
Dexamethasone-based steroid deposited in the recess at the top of the cathode, the amount of dexamethasone is not more than 0.75 mg.
The scope of delivery of the electrode includes:
* electrode;
* Guide 1;
* guide 2;
* catcher;
* extender;
* lock;
The guides 1 and 2 (of different stiffness) are designed to impart rigidity to the electrode during implantation.
The safety device is used when the guide is inserted into the electrode.
The dilator is intended for insertion of an electrode into a vein with a split method of inserting an electrode.
The clamp is designed to fix the electrode on the vein.
Electrical resistance:
* cathode, not more than 60 Ohm
* anode, not more than 70 ohms
The mass of the electrode is not more than 10 g.
