Description
Electric Pacemakers (EX) two-chamber small-sized implantable telemetry
* type DDDR VIRSAR DR
* type DDD VIRSAR DC
intended for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias by electrical stimulation of the ventricles and atria.
In the pacemaker VIRSAR DR has a function of frequency adaptation: installed in it an activity sensor (sensor) allows you to increase the frequency of stimulating pulses, depending on the level of physical activity of the patient.
Pacemakers are used with unipolar or bipolar electrodes with a tip in the standard IS-1 (3.2 mm). In electric cardiac pacemakers, screwless connectors are used to connect the anodic contact of the connector part of the electrode. Electric cardiac pacemakers are programmed using the UNI-2 programmer.
In pacemakers implemented ^
* automatic switching of the mode of stimulation (Mode Switch) with a constant analysis of the activity within the refractory periods,
* extensive statistics on a variety of events, presented in the form of convenient histograms,
* protection against pacemaker tachycardia,
* night frequency function
* recording function of intracardiac electrogram,
* temporary programming with frequency from 30 to 460 pulses / min,
* measurement of the impedance of the electrode in the range from 200 to 3000 ohms,
* emergency stimulation mode with an amplitude of 6.3 V with a stimulating pulse duration of 976 μs.
