Description
Universal formwork PSK CUP ("PSK KAP") is a spatial structure that forms a rigid hinged frame, which in most cases does not require additional stabilization with diagonal ties. The multipurpose system is used as a formwork support for monolithic, prefabricated monolithic housing construction, in the construction of bridge structures, industrial and civil facilities. It combines the functions of formwork floors and scaffolding.
It is used for various types of ceilings (flat, girders, sloping, spans of bridges, capitals and large-thickness ceilings), and it is also used as construction, facade scaffolding and tower tours.
Distinctive features:
due to its high bearing capacity, rigid fastening in the assembly and structural stability, the formwork works great when pouring ceilings at high heights even without the use of diagonal ties;
a large range of horizontal elements allows you to put the structure under the crossbar (the presence of the element "free vertical" simplifies the arrangement and removal of the crossbars);
high bearing capacity of 6150 kg per vertical element, mounting height 80 m;
the presence of adjustable jacks and univils that allow you to create conical capitals;
lack of fasteners and connectors, subject to rapid wear and loss;
relatively light weight, ease of transportation and storage;
the ability to move in assembled condition.
