Planning organization of the land plot

Scheme planning organization of land (SPZUZ) is a scheme of the location of construction objects or existing with communications on the land plot, with the boundaries of the land use plot. Solutions for landscaping and landscaping are proposed. For the implementation of the scheme, the existing data and projected facilities (number of storeys, building area, residential, etc.), title documents. SPZU is necessary to obtain a permit for the construction or reconstruction of a capital construction site. Provided together with the application for a building permit (the requirement of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation - item 3, part 9, article 51 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). Required documents for the development of the SPZUZ: * Approved and registered in accordance with the established procedure town planning plan of the land plot (GPRS) provided for the construction site. * Copies of title documents for the land plot (certificate of ownership or lease, land use agreement, land use act). * Copy of the cadastral passport of the land plot. * Geo-base or topography with the boundaries of the selected area (if available). * Dimensions of the building. * A copy of the boundary case (if any). Scheme planning organization of the land is necessarily approved in the local department for town planning and architecture. The finished documentation is transferred to the customer taking into account all requirements and wishes.
