Saint Prince Alexander Nevsky

Description: Alexander Nevsky is a national hero of the Russian people, patron of the Russian army and defender of Russia. Employees of the FSB, DOSAAF and diplomatic services consider him their patron saint. The figure of the saint is traditionally made in princely robes with a sword turned down with a blade in his left hand, since the Orthodox Church glorifies the military exploits and works of the prince. In his right hand he holds a scroll on which the Sixth Commandment of Bliss is written: “Blessed are the purity of the heart: they will see the gods of God” The figure of Alexander Nevsky is cast from brass, covered with nickel and painted with gold manually. It is located on a small pedestal, on which the inscription "Holy Prince Alexander Nevsky" is engraved.
