TU 3683-015-00220322-99 (OKP 36 8351) Oil and gas separators (hereinafter separators) are designed for degassing non-foamy oil and purifying associated gas used in installations for collecting and preparing oil field products for operation in macroclimatic areas II5 and II4 according to GOST 16350-80 in a temperate and moderately cold climate according to GOST 15150 -69 with air temperature during operation: for temperate climate - from + 40 ° С to -40 ° С; for moderately cold climate - from + 40 ° С to -60 ° С. Separators are intended for operation in areas with seismicity up to 6 points inclusive on a twelve point scale. Climatic version of the separators U and UHL placement category 1 according to GOST 15150-69 with installation in the open air. By construction, separators are divided into the following types: * Type I - used in layout with gas pre-selection units (depulsators); * Type I-II - used in configuration with gas pre-selection units with defoaming packing; * Type II - used without preliminary gas extraction units; * Type II-II - is used without pre-gas recovery units with antifoaming nozzle. Depending on the working conditions, the separators are manufactured with heat treatment and without heat treatment, with devices and without devices for fixing insulation. When ordering a separator with heat treatment, the customer must provide a diagram of the location of the plates for attaching service platforms. The sealing surface of the flange fittings is negotiated when ordering separators. At the request of the customer and coordinated with the project organization, it is allowed to change the design of the separator in terms of installing additional internal devices and changing the location of fittings for a specific process.
