Description
Energy saving is a complex of measures that implement legal, organizational, scientific, industrial, technical and economic measures that are aimed at making the most efficient use of, and also economical use of, fuel and energy resources. The task of energy conservation is also to attract energy sources, which are renewed.
There are three main directions of energy conservation:
* Use of energy loss with benefit.
* Intensive energy saving.
* Use of modern technologies and equipment aimed at reducing energy losses.
Conservation of energy resources is one of the most important tasks, not only within the private order, but also in terms of the size of the state.
Federal Law No. 261-FZ of 23.11.2009 "On Energy Saving and Improving Energy Efficiency and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" regulates the main ways for energy conservation.
The purpose of the law is to develop the basis for the development of energy conservation and increase the efficiency of energy saving. This is a whole complex, which deals with both legal and economic-organizational foundations. He introduces the concept of "energy survey". It is also called energy audit.
Energy audits (energy audits) are the collection and analysis of information on the use of energy resources to obtain the correct information about the amount of energy resources available, indicators that characterize energy efficiency, identify available resources and opportunities to save energy resources and increase energy efficiency indicators.
Upon completion of the energy audit, the following reports are generated:
* report on the completion of the survey;
* energy passport;
* a set of measures for energy saving;
* an action plan for increasing energy efficiency;
In order to implement the proposed measures to increase energy efficiency, considerable capital resources will be needed. The energy service contract will help to increase the potential for conserving energy resources in conditions of limited financial resources and profitability.
Energy-saving technologies need to be introduced not only to reduce the consumption of the resources themselves, but also to reduce overhead costs, and in an environmental sense - to reduce leaks and reduce harmful emissions.
The specialists of the KAMA-GROUP group of companies have practical experience in the field of energy research and have been successfully implementing projects related to the development of energy passports for over five years, preparing programs that allow them to conserve energy resources and fulfill energy service contracts.
