Engineering survey

Engineering surveys for construction provide a comprehensive study of natural and technogenic conditions of the territory of construction objects, making forecasts of the interaction of these objects with the surrounding environment, justification of their engineering protection and safe living conditions of the population. Based on the materials of engineering surveys for construction, a pre-project documentation, including town planning documentation and justification of investment in construction, projects and working documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures, including expansion, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, operation and disposal of facilities, maintenance of state cadastres and information systems of settlements, as well as recommendations for adoption economically, technically, socially and environmentally sound design solutions. Engineering surveys for the preparation of project documentation should ensure the receipt of: * materials on the natural conditions of the territory on which construction, reconstruction of capital construction facilities, and factors of man-made impact on the environment, on the forecast of their change will be carried out; * materials for the justification of the layout of buildings and structures for the adoption of structural and space-planning solutions, the assessment of hazardous processes and phenomena, the development of a scheme (design) of engineering protection and environmental protection measures, a project for the organization of construction or reconstruction of the facility; * initial data for the calculation of bases, foundations and structures, as well as for the design of engineering protection structures, excavation and final design decisions in the preparation, examination, approval and approval of project documentation.
